Water Treatment Chemicals

DOMESTIC WATER PURIFIERS

  • Cartridge Filters & Bodies - these are useful for the removal of sediments and undissolved particles. Cartridge filters come in various sizes and shapes . At Greenergy Consult, we offer two main sizes: 20’’ and 10’’. These are then sub-divided into various pore sizes such as 10 micron, 5 micron, 25 micron and 1 micron. Other cartridges are ceramic cartridges for trapping some bacteria, pleated cartridges and activated carbon cartridges.
  • Under Sink Bodies - these are especially designed for under the sink installation and purification. They can come in double or triple configurations with all units supplied complete with wall brackets, line connectors and outlet faucet.
  • Counter Top Bodies c/w UV - These offer same features and performance as standard filter bodies though with a counter top design for free standing use in kitchens, bars, etc.
  • Domestic Reverse Osmosis Units - these are under sink reverse osmosis purifiers with purification stages that include pre-treatment cartridges, RO purifier and a UV sterilizer as the 6th stage. Daily outputs of 200L/day and 400L/day are available.

COMMERCIAL WATER PURIFIERS

  • WPU - This is a Water Purification Unit. It is an assembly of treatment processes that include flocculation, chlorination, sedimentation, filtration activated carbonation and sterilization. The WPU comes in various sizes, WPU500 for treatment of 500 Litres/hr, WPU1000 for treatment of 1,000 litres per hour and WPU2000 for 2,000 litres/hr of clean purified water.
  • Ultra-Filtration Units - this is a highly effective water purification process for the removal of turbidity and undissolved solids from polluted water leaving a high quality potable water.
  • Reverse Osmosis Unit - this is a proven technology for removal of dissolved solids and salts in water. At the heart of the system is a membrane for trapping excess dissolved solids. The effectiveness of a Reverse Osmosis Unit depends on the correct matching of all pre-treatment and treatment components to achieve an efficient treatment process. Units are available in various sizes depending on the required permeate.

Treatment process includes Raw Water getting into the RO Unit. Purification includes 50% permeate (Clean Water and 50% Waste.

Membranes and other important RO components are acquired from world renowned suppliers such as Chinese Suppliers, GE and DOW.
